Still remember one of activity we can do for having healthy lifestyle?  yes, wake up earlier in the morning. Some study say that get up earlier in the morning can make people healthier, slimmer and happier.

The reason is simple that if you wake up earlier you  do not need to hurry doing something as go to school, go to office so it can reduce your stress life. Besides, someone who get up earlier will have lower mass body index.So, why do not try to wake up earlier now. And do not forget to drink a glass of warm pure water and squeeze of lemon water in it. It will help enhance  body metabolism that will make you feel fresh and healthy all the day.

Drinking warm water  with squeeze of lemon water in it is healthy combination. As we know that water help us  avoid dehydration. Besides that,  this healthy combination will help us  getting weight loss,  and fulfill Vitamin C intake.

But for success doing it you must turn off you TV so you can go to bed earlier.It doesn’t mean that wacthing TV is bad but  to much time in front of TV is wasting time and not productive activity. By doing that you have enough time for sleeping and able to wake up earlier.

So, start from now wake up earlier in the morning and then drink a glass of warm pure water with squeeze of lemon water.
